Your feedback, finally in one place
Crest turns feature requests into a public roadmap and a changelog. No spreadsheets. No lost ideas.

Every idea. One board.
Built for teams who are done digging through inboxes to hear their own customers.
Collect ideas from everywhere
Customers, support and sales post requests to one board, ready to vote on.
Release notes in one click
Write an update with New, Improved and Fixed lines, preview it, and publish it to your changelog.
Prioritise by demand, not the loudest voice
See which ideas carry the most votes and who asked, then sort by trending, top or newest.
Live in under a minute
Open the demo and start voting. No account, no install, no card.
Voters hear back
Publish a release and its linked ideas move to Shipped on the roadmap.
Drag-and-drop roadmap
Move ideas between Planned, In progress and Shipped by mouse or keyboard.

See what customers want at a glance
Stop piecing requests together from emails, calls and chat threads. Crest keeps every idea, vote and reply on one board that updates the moment someone weighs in.
- Upvotes, comments and team replies on every idea
- Filter by category and status, search across everything
- Sort by trending, top or newest in one click
Tell voters the moment it ships
Status at a glance
Every idea shows where it stands, from Under review to Shipped.
Linked releases
Link ideas to an update and publishing moves them to Shipped.

The loop in three steps
Collect ideas
Customers post requests and upvote the ones they need, so demand is visible at a glance.
Plan the roadmap
Drag the ideas you commit to across Planned, In progress and Shipped, in public.
Announce the release
Publish a changelog update and the ideas it delivers are marked Shipped for every voter.
What customers are asking for
Requests from the demo's fictional sample workspace. Open it and add your vote.
Our receiving docks keep phoning us for arrival times. A link we can forward that shows the live ETA (no login) would save everyone a call.
We book 40+ pallets a week across three warehouses. Uploading a spreadsheet instead of filling the form 40 times would be huge.
Our sustainability team needs CO₂e per lane and per month for our annual report. A downloadable report would be ideal.
For cold-chain shipments we need an alert the moment a reefer drifts outside 2–8 °C, not a report after delivery.
Post to a channel of our choice when the ETA slips by more than 30 minutes.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Everything in the live demo works: vote on ideas, submit and edit them, move cards across the roadmap, and write, draft and publish changelog updates. It runs on a fictional sample workspace, your changes are saved in this browser, and “Reset demo data” puts everything back.
No. Ideas, comments, updates and subscribe emails are stored in your browser’s local storage and never leave your device. The demo has no backend, so nothing is emailed or shared with other visitors.
A real backend with user accounts and admin roles, email digests through your own email provider, RSS feeds, your domain and branding, and integrations with tools like Slack, Linear, Jira or GitHub. Randy See builds it around your product and hands over the source code.
Yes. We can deploy it to your cloud account or your own servers, so feedback, subscriber emails and release history stay on infrastructure you control.
That’s your call. The demo lets anyone vote. In the full version, votes can stay anonymous with rate limiting, or be tied to signed-in customers so you can tell them when their idea ships.
